Love Sport Radio was launched in March 2018 by former talkSPORT CEO Kelvin Mackenzie, as a more modern, humorous and fresh take on sports radio, whilst capitalising on the growth in talk radio stations. Appearing as a one-off guest expert during the drive-time show, Christopher took part in a topical and engaging wine tasting challenge live on-air with host, Kelvin Mackenzie. Following on from this highly successful wine tasting feature, Love Sport Radio commissioned Christopher to embark on devising a regular wine tasting slot, exploring themes, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. Working in coordination with Love Sport Radio and Cooper's team at Drinkonomics Productions, a brief was devised to create a pitch to the online grocery retail arm of Amazon to become the official partner of a newly created LOVE DRINKS half-hour entertainment lifestyle wine tasting slot, featuring wine expert Christopher Cooper, anchor Kelvin Mackenzie and 'Love Sport at Lunch' host Patrick Christys. An interactive PDF document was designed with embedded components, including an audio clip showcasing a previous live broadcast wine tasting feature between Kelvin and Christopher. The pitch reinforced each of the partners' existing branding to create a persuasive augmented relationship building document, to open up opportunities between potential sponsor, talent and broadcaster.
